low motility in sperm

has anyone else experienced their SO having low motility in their sperm. We have been trying to conceive for years, we've been together for 12 years, I'm 26 now, and it's effecting our relationship tremendously and has me questioning if we should even be together or if we should just give up. Any advice from anyone who has been through this would be great! I've also previously been on clomid for 6 months and currently taking it for the 3rd month again.
