Zero Sperm Count

My husband & I had been TTC for 16 months before we started involving doctors to find out why we could not concieve. My husband did 2 sperm analysis & both came back with 0 sperm count. He then did blood work to check his FSH(level 45 =high), LH (level 15 = high) & Testostrone (8.2 =low). We've had the first urologist appointment & waiting for the genetic testing results before we see him again. We are finding it very hard to stay positive, so I'm hoping someone could share their story & hopefully success rates?
