Break up

My boyfriend broke up with me during school today. I’m in 8th grade. He has completely broken my heart and i am so incredibly upset. He was my first boyfriend and my first break up. I’m so angry and sad. Can someone help me please. I need to get over him as soon as i can because i am so sad to the point where i’m not eating, i have completely lost my appetite and i am so nauseous. Also after he broke up with me all of my friends left me and went to be with him. All of my friends fricking ditched me. I cant do this anymore. Someone help me please😭💔
