Why's there always blood after sex?

Well i kinda need some help with whats going on here:

Me and bf have been intimate for the past two weeks and we've noticed there's always blood coming out from me. The first time was when he fingered me and i thought he had just teared my hymen. The second time, there was blood but it was soo much more than the last. I assumed my hymen just hadn't broken fully. When we have sex, there's nothing but to this day when he fingers me( or even if i do it to myself) there's blood!! Is it cause we're just being rough or is it something idk about..does anyone know what this is?
