my boyfriend and i were great together (i lost my virginity to him and vice versa) we dated for 7 months and then two weeks ago he said he needed space and maybe a break but then immediately regretted it and said he wanted to try again.

last night he said that he tried his best but he doesn’t love me anymore but didn’t tell me why. i still love him and i break down every time i think about how i’m never going to kiss him again

what are some tips for getting over a guy like this who let me down easily and was nice about it (which sucks bc i don’t have a reason to hate him)
