UTI remedies

Hi! So, I'm breastfeeding my 19 month old if this matters, but I have a UTI. My husband and I decided to forego a condom two days in a row and have him finish, multiple times 🙈😫😭. I was just off my period, and ended up getting a UTI. I am incredibly sensitive to all that so that's why 🤪, since I literally took a bath and peed after and everything. Anyways I thought I got rid of it yesterday so we had sex again and I was fine the rest of the day but woke up with it again. My question is, is it just the sperm causing it? because it only hurts when I pee, no back pain, and it seemed like the further removed I am from sex the less it hurts. My OBGYN is out of the country for the rest of the month and his nurse isn't in today so I can't be seen. I really don't want to go to urgent care because the flu going around. I need help! I'm pushing water and cranberry juice again. Should I just wait the same time frame as I did last time to see if it stops? Any remedies???
