Ashley Rose arrived 1-18-18! (Final Update!)

Final Update 2-21-18: Ashley was released from the NICU today. She's over 4 and a 1/2 lbs and healthy! Wanted to share some of her newborn pics we had taken yesterday. We chose a very special outfit 😊 "Supergirl"

Thank you everyone for your continued support. It's been a long 34 days in the NICU.

Update 1-26-18: Ashley is completely off oxygen and they took out her IV. She's progressing well! Heres a pic of her first smile! Thank you for all your support!! xoxo

I had a great pregnancy until week 28. was diagnosed with mild preeclampsia... then last Wednesday it became severe. Our daughter was delivered at 31 weeks and 5 days via emergency c-section. She's in the NICU and making good progress. It's been tough seeing her this way. But we know the doctor made the right decision for my life and hers
