I haven’t been taking my prenatals like I should because I am SO nauseous thinking about taking them makes me want to throw up. And when I do take them I do throw up, what can I do to help???

prenatal gummies! Idk why it took me so long to switch! seriously soooo much easier than swallowing and or choking on that stupid horse pill. whoever designed a prenatal vitamin pill must have been a man!

I tried gummies but i couldn't handle the texture. i just take mine at night right before bed.

Agreeing with one of the comments below.. chewables can be really hard to digest sometimes. I just take my prenatals right before I pass out
