He keeps bailing on our plans :(

So I have this crush on my coworker ( which just makes it worse) but I can’t tell if he’s into me or not?? I think he is, because we ALWAYS have this playful banter going on, and he likes to bump into me on purpose, stuff like that. We’ve gun out a couple times and had a lot of fun! But he’s bailed on me twice in a row now when it was his idea to hang in the first place 😒 it’s really disappointing! Do you think he’s just nervous about hanging out alone? help!
