Pain in chest
Hello everyone, lately I’ve been feeling real pain in my chest and throughout my back that I can describe as a knife going through my chest... I try to take deep breaths but the pain keep going for hours. Note that this happens mostly when I feel sad or overthink for a while but sometimes it just happens out of the blue and it gets me in tears
