I’m in so much PAIN!!

So I had sex for the first time 4 days ago. Nothing was wrong until the 2nd day I started peeing blood and it was so painful I would bawl my eyes out! I’ve been going to the bathroom every 30 mins, I immediately thought it was a uti and tried everything ive done before because this isn’t my first rodeo. Nothing has worked and it has continued to get extremely worse!! I’ve made a doctors appointment but my wait is two days out! Any suggestions??? I’ve tried a heating pad and it’s done nothing!
