Uncomfy pimples

Sorry if this description is graphic, just want some advice and to see if anybody else deals with this.

So every now and then I’ll get a pimple in my genital area, never directly on my vulva, but around that or closer to my anus.

This week, though, I have like five of them, with one being particularly tender yesterday. I’m not sure what causes them. I don’t shave my pubes, but I do use a electric trimmer.

Any advice for helping heal or prevent these kinds of pimples?
