I have a question about bisexuality!

As a female, is it possible to be romantically and physically attracted to another female, but not sexually? Like you would like to have a relationship with a girl and you think they're pretty but definitely NOT want to have sex with them? And if so, does this make a person bisexual, or just bicurious?
