So I've been trying to make sure I work out 3 times a week with light weights and (very little) cardio (I hate running 😐) and I'm starting to notice a serious change in my body πŸ’ͺ🏼

I have always been teased about having "no butt" and I decided to make a change

I am a year and a half post partum and I can honestly say I have never felt better about my body and how I feel than I do now. 10/10 would recommend making yourself and your health a priority πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
