I have struggled so much with weight through the years. Even when I was "skinny" I wasn't healthy. I was working out 4 hours a day and eating a really strict diet but I wasn't loosing any weight or gaining any muscle. I then said I was done and started being lazy and eating whatever I wanted. I now weigh 280 lbs. I have made the choice to do this the right way and for me! I have found great workouts and nutrition plans that are AMAZING. I don't have a crazy restricted diet. I can still eat CARBS. Because let's face it who wants to cut out carbs for the rest of their life?! I am proud to say I am down 10 lbs since this journey started and I have found the most amazing support and accountability group along with my new workouts and nutrition plans.
