No naps?

Question

My son hardly takes naps. I try all the time. if I'm lucky, he will nap once for about an hour. everything else is sporadic and only 10-30 minutes. anybody else having nap issues? He gets 10.5 to 11.5 hours sleep in a 24 hour period. he is ebf.

I wouldn’t consider them nap issues more as just the way your baby likes to nap. My daughter only takes 20 minute naps at most but as long as she’s not grumpy, is happy and ready to play I figure she’s well rested.

Same thing here! My little one is ebf as well.

my baby is the same! except she'll nap 2 or 3 times for 20 mins at a time. she sleeps mostly thru the night. lately she's been waking up at night for 10 or 15 mins at a time. I always nurse her to sleep, my peds said it is good for her and me to feed her at night. I think as long as you nurse for a few mins and put the baby down when drowsy you should be fine.
