Is this normal?

I’ve had blood test today and the nurse got my blood, but she stabbed me in the centre of these two blood ‘marks’

It looks like a vampires had a go! I’ve taken my plaster off and don’t know if some veins have burst or what, but, I’ve had my bloods taken before, once only last week and never made a mark apart from the pin prick where the needle went in? Does this look normal/alright?
