So this happened...

I play softball for high school and I was at practice yesterday. While I was playing catch for warm ups with my partner, another girl accidentally threw a ball straight to my leg. It hurt but it wasn’t unbearable. This was around 3, I got home at 5 and took a shower and it was a little sore when you touch it, like a bruise should be. We later went to get pizza and it got so swollen it looked like there was another softball under my skin! At first it was just a shock of pain that felt like someone got a knife and was scraping my bone. Then I started putting pressure on it by walking. I couldn’t walk 2 steps without screaming. I usually have a high pain tolerance and get hit in the legs all the time so when I was screaming and crying in pain I scared my dad. We went to urgent care and they said it’s very badly bruised, at first they thought it was a fracture. Our first softball tournament is on the 16th and I can’t even walk as of right now. I don’t if I should be upset because it hurts or because I may not be able to play. And my leg is so swollen when I touch it with my finger, I can’t feel anything. It was worst yesterday but it’s still bad today😠
