I’m not into taking antibiotics. Has anyone ever got rid of an uti naturally? How?

You can't after it reaches a certain severity. 
You can try to flush it out with water. 
Cranberry pills/juice is a preventative not a cure...
If you don't treat your uti asap, you put yourself at risk for much worse problems like kidney infections which can lead to kidney failure...
Go to a doctor and get treated with actual medicine.

I think as a kid I used to get utis all the time and my mom would just pour some herbs mixed with water on the area. If you have a holistic medicine place nearby I'm sure they'll have something. But at the same time this can get way more serious so unless it's just starting go to the doctor
