What is it? Should I go to the doctors?? 😔

So today I woke up feeling a little sick, My hands and feet are swollen and my body aches all over. It was not unbearable I was still doing things around the house then out of nowhere I got this strong, Not sharp but more ache like on my back around where my kidneys are, Now that pain it’s unbearable. And my stomach started hurting pretty bad as well. I have been peeing normal and it does not hurt nor burn when I pee, Neither am I bleeding so I’m not sure it’s a UTI. So what could it be? Should I just lay down and rest or should I go to the emergency room?
