Help??? (picture warning)

so my vagina had been itchy and raw the past week or so. i went to the doctors on thursday and they confirmed it wasn't a UTI and they were going to call me back soon when they figure out what's up. i still haven't heard anything from them (it's sunday) and now there's some really weird discharge.

I have not been sexually active in the last 2 weeks and i haven't used and new soaps or bath bomb type things to irritate that area. i'm getting a little worried and impatient (not to mention how uncomfortable it is). do any of you have any idea what it could be? should i be worried?

EDIT: you girls were right, results came back as a yeast infection. i pick up medicine for it tomorrow. thank you for calming my nerves about it being something more serious!! i don't have yeast infections often so it was a bit of a scare 😅
