belly pains
Hi I'm 9weeks pregnant and 1 day I keep getting sharp pains on my belly and it puts me in tears some times, I have had it for about 2 weeks on and off but when I get it I get it I've got no blood nothing just really bad pains just want to know if anyone else has had this or know what it could be if it could be serious and if I need to go AnE or go to the doctors please help
