Totally anxious

Okay so I posted yesterday but I would love a little more confirmation. My husband and I have been TTC for about 3 months. I took one 25 mg Promethazine pill Saturday night because I was feeling nauseous. I am three days late on my period and have gotten 5 positive pregnancy tests. But I read that Promethazine can make your hcg levels rise.

I don’t know if it’s the pill or I’m really pregnant. I called my doctor and they won’t see me until 6 weeks so feb 16. What should I do?
