help ... teething?

My 17 month old has not been sleeping well for 3 days, naps are also awful but tonight she has been crying almost all night. She just cut her top molars and now I can feel her bottom ones bulging. She also seems to be swallowing a lot of saliva. I can hear her gulping. I gave her some Motrin but she is still crying and wanting to nurse all night. I want to think it's teething but I'm not sure. I would hate to take her to a Dr during flu season for teeth ... what should I do?
