4.5 months old... gas still an issue?

I can’t tell if my chunky monkey is really gassy sometimes or just wanting to be held/lots of attention (which I don’t mind). But tonight, I was showering and my s/o was watching him and I could hear him SCREAMING bloody murder. I’ve never heard him yell like that before, my poor little guy. I ended up giving him some gripe water and he went straight to sleep so I’m thinking he was either in pain with his tummy or his teeth trying to make their appearance was bugging him. My heart aches and I don’t know that I can get that sound out of my head ☹️.

Doctor says I shouldn’t have to give him gripe water anymore but like... I’m going with my mom instincts when I feel I need to.

Anyone else having issues with gas still at 20 weeks?

Ps; he is exclusively BF.
