Is it normal to feel movements then not ?? I felt him a bit through the day then nothing is that normal?? I’m 22 weeks 4 days first baby

Yes it’s normal. When ur moving around a lot like up and doing chores are errands it’s normal to not not feel the baby move expecly this early cause they are still small and the movement kinda puts em to sleep. Now when u are still like just sitting down and definitely laying down the baby tends to move quite a bit. I’m 21 weeks an 2 days and it’s extremely rare for my baby to move when I’m up and about moving around  unless I’m standing still. 
And if this is the first time ur feeling the baby move it may be a few days or so before u will feel it move again. Hope this helps.
