Hot Flashes
I’m on a medication that is causing chemically induced menopause (due to my endometriosis) and I’m only 26. I just have to say, these hot flashes are a doozy. They seem to be getting so strong that I get nauseous. Does anyone else experience this? How do you combat it? The best I’ve figured out so far is fanning myself or keeping rice bags in the freezer to put on my head and chest. Hormones aren’t an option due to the meds I’m on. TIA.
