help?

okay, so my cycle hasn't returned since giving birth 9 months ago (we did have to use clomid to conceive). I went to the OB monday afternoon and he put me back on provera for 10 days every other month to stimulate a cycle I'm hopes to normalize. I did not take the first pill until Wednesday night, but I did have some spotting monday evening ( and brown discharge which is now going away). I also noticed EWCM today. and I've had EWCM 3 or 4 times in the last 9 months. what's going on?
