Triple forward helix/ retainers

So I got my first job and i was told I wasn’t allowed to have any piercings. I was absolutely gutted. I currently have 9 in my ears with most recent being my triple forward helix on the 16 dec so I couldn’t take them out as they hadn’t healed. I also didn’t want to take my daith out as it is a bitch to put in and take out. I decided to get retainers as i was told that I could wear them. My triple forward wasnt that healed enough anyway but since I’ve put the retainers in they have been really irritated and i think they are infected.
