Long distance gender reveal

So my mom and family lives 12 hours away. I’m not sure if anyone will be able to travel up for the baby shower or birth but if so they really won’t be able to make the trip for a gender reveal either. I know I can just Skype them. But I think with the craziness everyone is going to just swamp us and someone who would be up front in line for a hug. My mom and grandpa will be kind or ignored. Idk. Any other thoughts?? It kills me they aren’t going to be here but I want to make it as special as possible. Even from a distance.
