is there something wrong

is there something wrong with my baby, she refuses a pacifier, she spits it out. she rather uses my boob as a soother. ive even tried the smallest dummy available cause I thought maybe the 0-6 was choking her. the other day I got excited I found the 0-2 but she also refuses it outright.

I cannot do much if I take her out shopping, she screams blue murder.

I feel so bad cause I see so many babies peacefully with dummies, am I doing something wrong?????
