Confirmation appt!

What should i expect ! The nurse said i should be 6weeks 03/01 thats my appt date! So far ive been experiencing dull aches and cramps and pulsing if that makes any since i spotted one time brown discharge and light pink discharge one time a few days ago im currently 6days late had faint bfps! Havent tested since setting my appt! Is cramping normal its not period cramps more like a flutter and pinch! Anyways this would be our first and im having it with my first lol 😂 im exhausted so im hoping my job is approving ato idc i need to relax and sleep lol... should i retest or wait till my appt? An which brand do you think would be able to pick up hcg the best ! I wanna do a digi but dont want to waste money! Should i contact the burse about these cramps?
