So I really want to start my healthy journey and I decided to go vegan. Not just to lose weight, but to change my lifestyle. I am tired of eating meat and all the processed foods, feeling sluggish and nasty in the inside. I have no problem with giving up on eating meat. However I want to go grocery shopping but I would like a meal prep plan on what to get when I go. Can you guys help me? Any grocery list or weekly meal preps for vegan beginners? Tips? Also I know its not going to happen over night, and I am very serious about going vegan. I've been thinking about it and reading about it for years now. So where do I start?
