is this sexual assault?

a month or so ago this boy that I was talking to for a few weeks took me to his house to hang out. we started to make out and his hands started to wander. I kept trying to shit my legs and said I was uncomfortable and kept trying to move away but he kept pulling me close and pressuring me and saying it was fine. when I got home I immediately cut contact with him and since then i’ve been having panic attacks and getting severe anxiety just thinking about. was this assault?
