Trans women bleed?

Hi 👋🏼 Sorry for being ignorant on this topic, but I come with questions. Hope I don’t sound like I’m criticizing in any way.
Do men that transition to women have a period? I’ve always wondered. Also, if you went through transition surgery, how does it feel when you’re aroused? Obviously when you have a penis you get an erection, but what about when you’re changed?

They don’t have a period where they bleed - because even after sexual reassignment they don’t have a uterus. So no period. 
Buttttt those who have been on hormone therapy for awhile will have PMS. they get the emotional changes and bloating and everything, regularly - like a period. 🙂

No, you bleed because the lining of your uterus is being shed. Genital reassignment surgery is only exterior. They are not given ovaries, Fallopian tubes or a uterus hence not being able to conceive children
