Working out while spotting

Hi ladies. I’m 5w4d (although I think I’m earlier than this). I had spotting for four days starting on 4w3d then it stopped for two days starting again yesterday. I’ve had two ultrasound sounds so far and have seen nothing in my uterus. My hcg started low but has been doubling and I’m now taking progesterone. I go back next week when I’m 6w6d for another ultrasound (praying to see something positive this time). Although the spotting concerns me, I feel like I just have to accept it right now and trust that whatever the outcome is is the right one. My question for you all is about working out while spotting. I can’t imagine wearing a pad to workout I’m an Orangetheory member and miss it. Do I continue to take it easy until the spotting subsides, or does anyone have any other advice about how to stay active while spotting? TIA.
