how do you mama's workout when your boobs are so damn sore? I'm currently almost 8 weeks and I can't even drive over a slight bump in the road with out moaning in pain. I hold my boobs down when I drive so they won't move. I've resorted to only wearing sports bras cause my normal bras make my 38 DDs bounce too much. I need to start working out but its so painful. what do you ladies do?
