Implantation Bach ache?

I’m on CD 34 of a typically 32-36 day cycle. I haven’t been taking bbt or ovulation tests this cycle (miscarriage over Xmas holidays) so I’m not sure when I o’d. But yesterday I had a nasty lower back ache and achy hips in the evening. Yesterday and today nothing. Before my having my daughter I used to get a Bach ache a few days before af along with tender boobs. After having daughter neither came back during af. Anyone else have a random lower back ache during tww and get a bro? Would love some input please
