Early symptoms?

My last period was January 29th-30th. I had light spotting 2 days before, and 1 day after. My periods are normally 30 days apart and last 5 days with heavy bleeding and awful cramps, so when I was late last month I really thought it was our month!! Anyways, fast forward to this month, I was suppose to Ovulate on the 13th/14th but it didn’t happen till the 16th, but then I got raw egg like CM again on the 19th and 20th, and it was a lot! My period was due today but still nothing. For the past two weeks my boobs have felt like someone is constantly pinching my nipples, I wake up feeling nauseous, and have been having super crazy food cravings. I started having white discharge that was thick and slimy but no smell. I took a test but it was negative? Should I keep hoping or am I out this month? Anyone else have something like this happen? If I ovulated twice, could I have twins?
