Pain in uterus , US tomorrow what can I expect

I've been having some pain in my ovaries, the feeling of pressure in my uterus and constant bloating. Some other symptoms are constipation, nausea, and lack of appetite. I did have a weird period. This morning I woke up with the worst bloating and all I could do was rub my belly and like feel bad for myself, I didn't cry, I'm so nervous. What should I expect , did any of you guys have the same symptoms, how did your ultrasound turn out. Could this be a sign of cancer? Any comment is welcome.
