Is normal to bleed when you are in 4 week of pregnancy?..

Last night i went to pee and i saw blood on my panty liner and after making pee when i wipe my thing theres a blood again..its like a light red blood thats when i ask my husband to bring me to the hospital because im to scared to have a miscarriage again.. the doctor told me to wait for 2 more weeks to have a scan. Just wanna know if someone experience it too and is that normal?..

I had some light/medium bleeding like that  at like 5ish maybe 6 weeks the dr did a trans vaginal ultra sound and told me I had a subchoronic hemorrhage, it was a tear between my placenta and uterus (I think) I was told to take it easy until it healed. I’m now 25 weeks with no issues from it. Maybe that could be the cause of bleeding?
