Tampon needing to pee?

I've used tampons plenty of time before but not for quite a while due to birth control stopping my periods for a bit.

I started today and its the only tampon I have while in work as it hit as a surprise. So I can't really take it out till I'm home.

But I have this feeling of needing to pee? I've had UTIs before and this is kinda different. Theres no pain when I pee and I've not had sex or done anything that usually causes me UTIs recently either. And this almost feels deeper? But its so distracting. For some reason I'm also feeling stressed out for no reason at all like my heart is racing a bit.

I'm sat in the office for a few more hours just silently freaking out in my own head for no reason and repeatedly going to the loo to pee and not being able to pee. 😩
