Scared..

So I’m 11 weeks and I’ve been having severe dizziness with headaches for a few weeks but thought it was normal since people told me it’s just another symptom that comes along with pregnancy but anyways I went to my o.b last week and she said that this kind of thing usually isn’t associated with pregnancy and that I have vertigo.. She told me to take Claritin but it hasn’t helped at all! I’m so afraid I might have a brain tumor. I go to my primary care doctor in 2 weeks to find out more. Has anyone ever felt like this and ended up being fine? I’m trying to tell myself it’s probably nothing but I don’t feel right 😥
