What the heck is this???

I’m 37 weeks 4 days pregnant with a boy and this rash appeared 2 days ago. This is my second pregnancy . I had puppps with my first pregnancy which was also a boy but didn’t get it until the day after I had him and it lasted about 12 weeks. I know this is not choleostasis cause it says you don’t get a rash with that. So far it’s only on my stomach and my stretch marks burn so bad it feels like they are gonna pop open. Its not flea bites for sure. It’s more like a rash it itches horribly and keeps spreading around my abdomen. I put lotion and bio oil and everything Nothing helps. Anyone know what the heck this is? Or how to cure it???
