Coffee jitters and getting things done caffeine free??
I've given up coffee since I found out I was pregnant, but today I just really needed an extra oomph to get myself off the couch. I finished not even an entire cup of coffee and I have the most awful jitters!! How can I calm my body down? Also, any tips to boost my energy without caffeine? I literally cannot get myself off the couch, ever. Every task feels like the biggest chore to me right now. How do you mamas keep a clean home? I have turned into such a slob!
