Spotting??

So I finished my period about a week ago and am now in my fertile window according to glow, I’m 4 months post partum from an emergency c-section, I did a pole fitness class for the first time tonight since I got pregnant and once I got home and went to the bathroom when I wiped there was pink spotting it has since stopped at least for now but I don’t know what it could be from and am wondering if anyone else has experienced this as it is very unlike my body to spot this is the first time when I haven’t been expecting my period, I’m planning on going to the doctors tomorrow to check but in the mean time I’m worrying
