front contractions vs back labor

Im coming up on my second baby in a hurry Im only 23 wks but with am 17 mo old time is flying by so fast . With my first child I ONLY felt contractions in my tailbone , not my back no cramping no ring of fire.... just tailbone pain+ slight pressure .. it was very intense pain and although in my mind I was fairly calm I basically yelled so loud they could hear me in another country 😂 good thing for living in the country . Anyways , Im completely prepaired to deal with that pain again however I know each labor is different and I dont know what to expect if I feel front labor pain could anyone describe it for me ? Im someone who likes to be prepared and mentally ready for whats to come just incase its different . I plan on using essential oils and basic relaxation methods along with prayer and I really really want another unmedicated birth so all advice is welcome 💕
