headache remedies??

help!! 15weeks preg today. my head has been killing me for hours now. I took two Tylenols earlier.. didn't work. I really don't want to keep taking meds. any natural remedies for headaches??

Drink ginger tea and eat almonds. The magnesium in almonds helps headaches, and ginger tea is also extremely helpful for migraines or regular headaches. These were my go-to headache remedies during pregnancy and  they worked so well I never needed to take Tylenol! Good luck!

a cup of tea or a whole pot helps me.

drinking a lot of water and laying down in the dark has helped me a ton. I tend to get headaches only on the left side of my head for some reason so laying on my left helps
