Need help...PLEASE COMMENT

I’ve been ttc for 5 months now. I am 18, and the last depo shot that I had was over 2 years ago. I was on the shot for a year. And after that last shot I was on the pill for a little over a year. I quit my pills in October of last year.. does anybody think the depo is still affecting my fertility? My periods are very regular, but last cycle my period was over a week late and I wasn’t pregnant. I also was told that the pill could regulate my cycles after being on the shot. Is this true? I had very regular periods while on the pill. Please comment!
