Suffering from PMS

Does anyone else truly SUFFER during PMS? My period is due in 2 days and for the past 5 days or so I ‘ve been having the worst time ever. My vagina is sore af I cant have sex, my boobs are killing me and I have the worst headache and insomnia. Not to mention I’m so so so tired i feel like i could pass out at work.

This happens every period I hate it and wish there was something I could do for the symptoms?
